Closing the Gender Pay Gap

We partnered with the Royal Academy of Engineering to design a research report exploring the gender pay gap within the engineering sector. Through editorial design, infographic development and diversity data visualisation, we translated complex workforce data into a clear stakeholder narrative. The report supported wider diversity and inclusion initiatives by helping audiences understand key findings, barriers and opportunities for change across the industry.
