Closing the Gender Pay Gap in Engineering

We partnered with the Royal Academy of Engineering to design a report addressing the gender pay gap in the engineering sector. Our work supported their diversity and inclusion efforts by utilizing data visualization to highlight key findings and actionable insights. The report features compelling infographics and clear narratives, effectively communicating the current state and necessary steps to bridge the gap. By presenting complex data in an engaging and accessible format, we aimed to drive awareness and inspire action towards achieving gender pay equity and fostering an inclusive engineering profession.
